Chinese silk is famous the world over for its fine quality and

A silk worm lives for about 28 days and produces more than 1,000

It is commonly believed that the Yellow Emperor Huangdi's wife
taught her tribesmen how to rear silk worms and extract silk almost
4,000 years ago.

exquisite beauty and fineness and has become an integral part of
the exotic Chinese culture.
