Location
The Hubei province of China is located in the middle reaches of
the River Yangtze towards the north of the Dongting Lake.
History
The long history of Hubei finds expression in the various
cultural relics of the Chu dynasty that ruled this region for a
long time. In fact the entire Hubei province is dotted with ruins,
ancient towers, mausoleums and temples.
Tourist Attractions
Visit the Hubei Provincial Museum and admire the heaviest
musical instrument in the world, 2 bronze chime bells that were
excavated from the Tomb of Marquis Yi.
Go on tours to the East Lake in Wuchang City, Wudang
Mountain, a sacred Taoist mountain, the Yellow Crane
Tower, located on Snake Hill and the dense wilderness located
in the national Shengnongjia reserve.
