Location
Shenyang is located towards the southwest of the Changbai
Mountains in Northeast China. In fact Shenyang is located in the

History
Shenyang is historically important as it was the capital of the
Manchu state during the years 1625 to 1644. Shenyang was known as
Mukden during the medieval times. Several Chinese warlords
dominated Shenyang before it fell into the hands of the communists
in the year 1948.
